Our Story

Mango Tree started on Surawong Road in Bangkok in 1994, born from a simple belief: Thai food deserves to be told with the same care, warmth, and pride as the country it comes from.

That belief carried us across borders. Today, Mango Tree has 47 restaurants in 7 countries, including Thailand, the Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, and Singapore.

The Philippines welcomed its first Mango Tree in 2010. Since then, we've grown to 1 stores nationwide, each one carrying the same promise our founders made decades ago: respect the past, welcome the present, and serve Thai food with purpose, personality, and just the right touch of play.

A Country
of Flavours

Thailand isn't one flavor, it's many. The char-grilled richness of the Isaan Northeast. The coconut-forward curries of the South. The delicate, herb-heavy dishes of the North. The bold street food energy of Bangkok itself.

Mango Tree was built to carry all of it, one region, one dish, one story at a time.

Three decades in, we're still doing what we started out to do: bringing Thailand to the table, one guest at a time.

Cooked with Thai Craft

Behind every Mango Tree kitchen is a team of chefs from different backgrounds, brought together by one thing: a deep respect for Thai cooking. They learn our recipes the way Thai cooking has always been passed on, by working alongside experienced hands, tasting, adjusting, and practising until it's right.

That's the difference you taste. Our chefs bring an instinct for balance, the push and pull of sour, sweet, salty, and spice, that can't be shortcut. They season by feel, adjust by taste, and hold every dish to the same standard, no matter which kitchen it comes from.

It's not just a kitchen team. It's a direct line back to Thailand, on every plate we serve.
